Hospitality Lecturer

  • PhD / Master holder in hospitality, tourism or related field
  • Minimum five years demonstrated successful experience
  • Minimum three years dealing with hospitality management, design and implementation
  • Good knowledge of the Cyprus hospitality industry
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.)
  • Certified eLearning administrator and online teaching trainer (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Certified HRDA (ΑνΑΔ) Trainer (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Experience and good track record of seminars and workshops
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated successful experience in project management
  • Encourage and promote hospitality programmes for both working and non-working individuals
  • Conducts seminars and workshops for the Hospitality Industry
  • Work closely with all college partner to create cross industry opportunities
  • Teaching and invigilation duty
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the college management
  • Responsible for the motivating and development of staff within the department
  • Training on internal systems, procedures, and policies of the College
