Required Qualifications

PhD / Master holder in hospitality, tourism or related field
Minimum five years demonstrated successful experience
Minimum three years dealing with hospitality management, design and implementation
Good knowledge of the Cyprus hospitality industry
Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.)
Certified eLearning administrator and online teaching trainer (will be considered as an advantage)
Certified HRDA (ΑνΑΔ) Trainer (will be considered as an advantage)
Experience and good track record of seminars and workshops
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Demonstrated successful experience in project management

Duties & Responsibilities

Encourage and promote hospitality programmes for both working and non-working individuals
Conducts seminars and workshops for the Hospitality Industry
Work closely with all college partner to create cross industry opportunities
Teaching and invigilation duty
Perform other duties as delegated by the college management
Responsible for the motivating and development of staff within the department
