City Unity College is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Head of the Hospitality Department.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Hospitality Department, ensuring high academic standards, industry relevance, and strategic growth of the program.

Required Qualifications

PhD in Hospitality
Minimum of 10 years of experience (academic and/or industry)
Proven leadership and management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the department
Oversee curriculum development and program delivery
Manage faculty and departmental operations
Foster industry partnerships and student placement opportunities
Ensure quality assurance and accreditation standards are met

What We Offer

Salary: €4,000 gross per month
