Job Description

City Unity College is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Food & Beverage Professor within its Hospitality Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Food & Beverage Management, while contributing to the academic development and industry relevance of the program.

Required Qualifications

PhD candidate in Hospitality Management or related field
15 years of professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector (academic and/or industry)
Strong communication and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Teach Food & Beverage Management and related courses
Develop and update curriculum in line with industry standards
Mentor and support students in their academic and professional growth
Engage with the hospitality industry to enhance student opportunities
Contribute to departmental and institutional initiatives

What We Offer

Salary: €3,500 gross per month
