Bursar Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with LCCI Level 3 (Higher).
  • Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  1. Student Financial Management
    • Monitoring and collection of tuition fees, registration fees, and other financial obligations.
    • Management of student discounts and financial arrangements.
  2. Refund Management
    • Ensuring refunds are processed in accordance with the college’s policy.
    • Maintaining records and reports for all refunds.
  3. Accounting Records Maintenance
    • Updating and maintaining financial transaction records.
    • Preparing monthly and annual reports for Management.
  4. Collaboration with Other Departments
    • Coordinating with the Student Affairs Office and Accounting Department to ensure smooth process flow.
  5. Reporting to Management
    • Providing regular reports on students’ financial status.
    • Analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making.
