Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant/specific subject area.
Hold a PhD. The PhD does not necessarily have to be in the same subject area.
Relevant Academic & Research Experience.
For Hospitality position, industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek.
Ability to work effectively with academic and administrative staff and contribute positively to departmental activities.
High standards of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars.
Develop and update course materials and learning resources.
Mark examination papers, assignments, tests, and other student assessments accurately and within the required deadlines.
Undertake examination invigilation duties and ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
Conduct and contribute to academic research in relevant fields of expertise.
Participate in quality assurance and academic monitoring processes.
