To advance this mission, City Unity College has established several key initiatives, including:
- The Equality Committee – This dedicated advisory body plays a central role in guiding the College’s efforts on matters related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The Committee works collaboratively to assess institutional practices, advise on strategic planning, and contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive policies. Its goal is to ensure that equality principles are fully integrated into all aspects of college life.
