Seminar Promoting gender equality at the workplace
We recently hosted an engaging training session on Gender Equality at the Workplace, aimed at raising awareness and promoting inclusive practices within college’s environment.
The seminar covered essential topics such as equal opportunity, unconscious bias, inclusive communication, and strategies to build equitable workspaces. Participants actively engaged in group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises that highlighted the real-world implications of gender inequality and the importance of fostering respectful, inclusive cultures.
